our easter open studio 18th - 20th april

Easter Open Studios 2014

we hope you can come & visit us this Easter at our home and studio in Welcombe on the coast at the border of North Devon & North Cornwall.

we will be opening our studio for the 3 day event: Friday 18th, Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th April from 10.30am to 4pm daily.
as well as a selection of furniture on show & for sale we will have various sizes of our cornish slate mirrors & clocks, lighting including our delicate leaf lanterns and oak & slate lamp bases and plenty of serving boards in oak, slate and blackened oak.

we will be offering 20% off most work at the studio over the Easter weekend.

there will also be other open studios in the village for you to visit:
koa tree studio: art, craft + fashion
welcombe pottery: ceramics & glass

then a trip to visit our beach at Welcombe Mouth and lunch or dinner at our local pub The Old Smithy Inn should be a perfect way to spend your Easter.

we hope you will join us at our studio and treat yourself to something handmade & beautiful this Easter.

recent press + thank you's

a few late thank you's for some lovely recent press.

our asymmetrical blackened oak serving boards were featured in the march 2014 issue of Elle Decoration.
the style story "modern minimal" was styled by Sania Pell and photographed by Uli Schade.
it's our 1st time in the magazine so a huge thank you to Sania for using one of our pieces.

we are currently working on new blackened oak boards {they aren't available on our website yet} so we will keep you posted.
there are more images from Sania's style story on her lovely blog here & about her other handmade purchases from MadeLondon here.

we were recently asked to answer a few questions about our work for the Parcelforce Worldwide blog as part of their look at Great British Brands - take a look at our interview here and thanks to Suzanne for putting this together.

and we'd also like to thank Traci at Bliss blog for choosing us as one of her blissfull pinners here.
Traci chose our "wear" board on Pinterest as one of her favourites for effortless feminine style.
